Hi, I'm James!

I'm a fourth year Computer Science student studying at the University of Waterloo graduating in Fall 2026, though I was a Computer Engineering student until Spring 2023. My main interest in terms of software development is in back-end development, but I'm always open to learning new things! At the moment, I'm looking at getting into Distributed Systems and ML.

When I'm not programming or doing schoolwork, I enjoy writing (see my blog), playing video games (recently lots of Hades 2), and reading manga. If you're moderately lucky, you also might find me at the gym close to midnight.
